Fused Spoon Rests or Plate made from Recycled Bottles.
Slumped bottle is ideal for using in the kitchen to keep your surfaces clean, place your spoon or spatula on the bottle whilst cooking, then pop it in the dishwasher along with everything else. We supply a wooden spoon with the bottle to make it a nice gift.
It can also be used as a plate, its nice way for serving cheese, but you could also use it for serving cold meats and snacks etc. They look very stylish on any table and can be a creative gift.
It’s kind of eco dish because all bottles are recycled. I fuse these bottles over a 24hr period in my kiln, they flatten by using its own weight.
You can use slumped bottles as:
- Kitchen Tidy- keep your surfaces clean by using it as a spoon/spatula rest.
- Serving tray - it’s great for slicing cheese, meat, olives and other snacks.
- Candle holder – Place up to 3 tea lights on it
